Becoming a member at SanoMed Solutions is a simple process that ensures you have access to the best healthcare services for an entire year. To become a member, please send us your details, and we will confirm back quickly to schedule your initial health check appointment and finalize your enrollment. No documents are necessary, we will ask you to fill a questionnaire at the initial contact. Patient must be 18 years of age, unless the doctor available agrees to see younger.
Our doctors, medical assistants and staff aim to make your visit a pleasurable one. In our efforts to make your visit more comfortable and to minimize your wait time, our office wishes to remind you of our no-show and late arrival policy.
Physical exam and consultation time slots are precious and very much in demand. In an effort to serve you better, we ask for proper notice for any cancellation.
Patients failing to provide at least a 48-hours notice for cancellation or modification of an appointment will be charged the full consult fee for the missed appointment. For a HealthCheck, we request a notice of 5 business days, otherwise, your deposit is forfeited.
We make every effort to be on time for all our appointments. Unfortunately, when even one patient arrives late, it can throw off the entire schedule for that session. In addition, rushing or “squeezing in” an appointment shortchanges the patient and contributes to decreased quality of care.
Considering this, patients arriving more than 10 minutes after their appointment time will be asked to reschedule. They will be charged the full fee for the missed appointment.
We will try to accommodate late-comers as best as possible but will not compromise on the quality and timely care provided to other patients.
